DIY Rustic Wedding Invitations

I decided to make my own invitations for our wedding, to save a little bit of money. It cost around $200.00 for all the supplies I needed to make our invitations, if we would of got someone else to make them it would of cost $300.00 and up. I know we only saved around $100, but I love how they turned out and plus i get the satisfaction to know I created these beautiful pieces of art!!!

I found this awesome website that has free printable wedding invitation templates, there is a couple different templates to choose from and a large variety of colors to choose from!! I didn't really like the RSVP card's that came with this template, so I just made my own RSVP cards which was really easy!

Here are my invitations below:
I covered our personal information, but you can still get the idea of the invitations.

For my envelopes, there is a template for A7 envelopes on Microsoft word. I just copy pasted the heart and stars from the invitation, on some of the envelopes I do have guest's full address. It was a little tricky to get them to print right at first, just play around with the layout until it prints correctly!!

I bought a couple tools to help making these invitations a little easier! I bought a heart punch at Micheals  I think it coast around $20.00, and i bought a 1/8 hole punch for $7.00 off Amazon.com.

Below are the links and prices from where I bought my paper & envelopes:

Envelopes - 150 x A7 Brown Paperbag  Envelops - $32.85 + shipping & handling

CardStock - Vanilla Cream Cardstock - Textured - 240 papers - $29.94 + shipping & handling

CardStock - Kraft Cardstock - 250 papers -$25.47 + shipping & handling
